My Body - Anatomy for Kids App Reviews

I thought that it would be an educational app for kids teaching them about the body but when you start calling the trachea "airways" calling the humerus "upper arm bone" and calling the ulna and radius together "lower arm bone" there really becomes no point. They could have learned as much doing the hokey pokey. Sad that I paid for this.

I am waiting for a refund on this app as I type this. This app is more for children 3-6 if you expect simple labels that should not be considered anatomy. The bone in the leg is not an "Upper Leg Bone", its a Femur. Also, the "Pelvis" is not the name of the bone, its the name of the region. Ilium, Sacrum, Pubis. I understand that not all parents will teach their child the actual names these bones but I think that if someone is downloading this app as a resource they may want to do just that. Maybe there could be difficulty settings which would allow the parent to control the detail? In short, promising app but not enough information to educate a child.

Cool app for kids, but is it multilingual? It says eng, far, esp, rus, etc. but can not find it in the settings, mine is only Deu?? Please revert.

Where the heck is other langs except dutch?

My sons cant play fully cuz of no eng and rus at all! Почему разработчики сразу не написали о том,что только немецкий язык!!! Хотя на изображениях анг!!! Пожалуйста примите меры!

Downloaded twice and still cant get the app to work. Volume at first but only black screen. Too bad. My kid would have loved this!

Its kind of nasty so weird

Our 4 year old daughter loves to learn about the human body and always complains that kids anatomy activities are "for babies." She wanted to see the inside and learn the names of the organs. This app was perfect! It has interesting games for kids, lots of the info she wanted, and its cartoonish enough for her to be engaged. We absolutely love it.

The app never worked! Just a black screen. Very upset especially since this was rated the best anatomy app for kids by Appolearning.

Theres no sound, screen goes black!! I want my money back now!!

My daughter is 3.5 and loves putting the bones in place.

Very buggy app, with a poor UI, but worst of all: incorrect information. Dont download this and dont let your kids use this.

Not really anatomy. Foot bone? Really. My 5 yer old thought this was too childish, that says something. No intuitive flow to this clunky, dumbed down app.

My 5 year old loves this app. She will tell me about our bones and skeleton randomly and says she learned it from her Ipad!

Such a great resource (even for parents), very nice illustrations and a nice storyline to each topic. I also really like the fact how to move from one topic to the other and that you can go deeper into each one on of it – a really amazing app!

Extremely disappointed, upset & feel taken advantage of. The previews for the app shows game/content to lure your interest then completely was unavailable after purchase. There are free apps out there that are more entertaining, educational and most importantly....HONEST. Cannot do this to children who were shown something promising only to have it be unavailable. Please find a way to return my money and maybe back some dignity.

Within 10 minutes of getting it, my 7 year old daughter was unhappy with this app and deleted it! Waste of $3 and time...

I downloaded this app for my six year old niece after seeing that it was for kids ages 6-8. However, while playing around with the app I stumbled upon a section on how babies are made and the app informed me that "we all started as an egg and a sperm." Educational as this may be it isnt something I want a six year old hearing. I would love the app if there was a way to block that section of the app. Unfortunately I couldnt find one and had to delete the app...waste of money

This apps truly sparks the curiosity of children, many interesting facts and lots of content to each topic. This is really something for kids at around 8 years old where they can look at for hours!
